TroyGould Litigation Members Russell Glazer, Jeffrey Kramer, and Kenneth MacArthur have co-authored chapters in the April 2014 edition of Counseling California Corporations, 3rd Ed., a highly-regarded publication of Continuing Education of the Bar.

Mr. Kramer, chairman of the Litigation Department, is a co-author of the chapter on “Shareholders’ Rights and Liabilities,” and Messrs. Glazer and MacArthur, along with the Honorable Derek W. Hunt of the Orange County Superior Court, are the authors of the chapter on “Derivative Suits and Securities Litigation.”

In publication since 2008, the treatise is a valuable source book for attorneys advising California corporations on a wide variety of legal issues relating to corporate governance, governmental regulation, officer and director issues and related litigation.
