TroyGould PC represented Galena Biopharma, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing innovative, targeted oncology therapeutics that address major medical needs across the full spectrum of cancer care, in connection with its underwritten public offering of units of shares of common stock and warrants for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $21.75 million. The offering closed on January 12, 2016.
