TroyGould Attorneys Author Updated California Treatise

Dale Short, Martin Goldblum and Dietrick Miller were among the authors of the just-released January 2016 update to Forming and Operating California Limited Liability Companies, Third Edition, published  by The Regents of the University of California, Continuing Education of the Bar-California.  The updated edition of this valuable treatise is a complete revision of the former edition and was occasioned by the enactment, effective January 1, 2014, of the California Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act (RULLCA), which substantially altered the statutory regulatory scheme governing California limited liability companies (LLCs).  RULLCA applies to all California LLCs and to foreign LLCs existing or registered in California as of that date.
