TroyGould Represents Point.360 in Acquisition of Assets

TroyGould PC represented long-time client, Point.360, a full-service audio-visual asset management and distribution company, with respect to its acquisition of assets of Modern VideoFilm, Inc., in July 2015 under a Sale Agreement Pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. In connection with the closing of the transaction, Point.360 obtained a $6 million term loan to be used for, among other things, working capital and general corporate purposes.

The Sale Agreement and the transactions contemplated under the Sale Agreement are described in greater detail in a Form 8-K filed by Point.360 with the SEC on July 14, 2015.
