PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Ferber Law, Mr. Day was a partner in the law firm of Buchman Provine Brothers Smith. While at Buchman Provine Brothers Smith, Mr. Day acted as general counsel for many contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, regularly advising them on their construction projects from the bidding stages through project completion. Mr. Day is also well-versed in civil litigation in both State and Federal courts.
