Mike Lin

Mr. Lin serves as Senior Counsel in TroyGould’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and securities work for both private and public companies across all stages of growth. Mr. Lin’s clients span a wide range of industries, including tech, life sciences, entertainment, manufacturing, finance, and retail.

Mr. Lin provides strategic business and legal advice to entrepreneurs and companies as outside general counsel on a wide range of matters, including venture-backed debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, commercial agreements, and corporate formation, equity structures, and governance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Mr. Lin served as a senior associate in the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Francisco and as an associate in the Corporate practice at Paul Hastings in Palo Alto.
