Pooneh Aminian

Ms. Aminian is a partner in the Entertainment practice group. Ms. Aminian has been recognized by publications such as Variety as a leader in entertainment and helps her clients navigate the evolving entertainment industry, with a focus on development and production across media platforms.

She has experience representing individual and corporate clients in the television, film, digital, book publishing, and video game industries, including writers, producers, directors, actors, authors, publishers, studios, production companies, and joint ventures. Ms. Aminian serves as outside business affairs and legal counsel for several media companies where she advises on and negotiates a variety of transactional matters including rights acquisitions, co-productions, finance agreements, first look and overall agreements, and talent agreements.

Ms. Aminian takes the time to understand the diverse needs of each client. She uses her experience working with the largest entertainment studios and agencies in the world to protect and advocate for her clients. Pooneh takes a break from Hollywood by traveling the world, consuming manga and graphic novels, and watching anime.
